A trainer who's actually been doing this.

John Dunlop has been training clients on Long Island for over 15 years. He's worked with everyone from 7-year-old youth athletes to adults in their 80s — and every single program is built from the ground up for that person.

The name Intent Athletics comes from training with purpose. Knowing what you're doing, why you're doing it, and having a plan that fits your actual life — not something pulled off a shelf.

John provides nutritional counseling alongside training. What you do in the gym only goes so far without the other side of it.
